Exquisite and exceptional tasting raw honey, sourced from Mallee trees thriving in the red ochre soils of Western Australia's renowned Goldfields district. Reflecting the untouched and remote desert surroundings, this honey mirrors the distinct taste and colour of its natural environment. Crafted in limited quantities due to the harsh desert seasons, where Mallee trees endure intense droughts and heat. Our cold-processed and temperature controlled extraction method preserves the honey's raw state, ensuring a natural and authentic product.

I started using mallee for a health reason and I am finding it seems to work better for me than manuka .

Intriguing flavour

This honey definitely has a completely different flavour. It tastes really nice and not so caramel sweet as Jarrah, Yes it’s worth trying.
