Total Activity is the measurement of the honey's anti-microbial quality, it's anti-microbial strength in killing bacteria. Any honey with a TA rating higher than 10+ has beneficial antimicrobial properties. The larger the TA number, the stronger the antimicrobial effect level of the honey.

Not cheap but actually excellent value for such a potent honey. Delivery from Australia took about a week - not bad at all. Flavour profile akin to most Jarrah honeys - butterscotch ?

Leaving aside the use of this honey, the packaging arrived in two parts, over, I think, three days, with the initial box split down two edges. This looked like half the jars had been removed from the box. I contacted the supplier to request this to be looked into. The box was not sufficient for the mass of the jars. The second box arrived without a notification and this too was split along two edges. Fortunately all jars were present. I have used Jarrah honey before and it is excellent nutritionally and is also antimicrobial. I highly recommend this honey. Packaging needs to be sorted, mind. Five Stars for the honey, one star for exceedingly poor packaging.

Love the honey. I do think it is expensive. Somewhat disappointing that the checkout didn’t recognise the 20% discount offer, so payment was at full price. Did email but had no response.

Lovely, very tasty honey. Love the rich almost malt flavour. Almost through the jar as I was using it to sweeten my tea! Rather expensive to use regularly, but appreciate it is an import which adds to the cost. Will definitely buy again when I can afford it.
