What makes it different
We keep handling minimal from hives to jar. Frames are harvested in season when combs are fully capped. Honey is cold extracted, lightly filtered to remove wax specks and packed without pasteurisation. That protects natural composition, colour and pour. Some seasons set firm, some stay clear; slight set or a gentle harden over time is a natural sign of raw honey. To soften, warm the sealed jar in water and stir.

Taste, food and everyday use
Pure honey is a versatile food for home cooking and baking. Drizzle over fruits and yoghurt, sweeten tea or coffee, glaze roast roots or whisk through dressings. Spread on toast for a quick, amazing finish. If you love a light, floral profile similar to mild table honeys, you will enjoy our smooth Western Australian style.

From hive to jar
- Foraged on native blossoms in clean bush country
- Cold extracted and lightly filtered, never pasteurised
- Batch tested for purity and moisture
- Bottled in recyclable glass with full traceability

Is it raw or pure honey?
Both. It is raw, pure and unpasteurised, with nothing added.
Why the seasonal difference?
Season and nectar source shape colour, clarity and pour. Some batches set; others remain clear. That is how raw honey is created in nature.
Is it local?
Origin is Western Australia; we pack orders in the UK for local delivery with reliable service.
How long has the team worked with honey?
Our apiarists have many years of field experience and follow HACCP-aligned practices, ensuring consistent quality from production to packing.
